Virgilio Bucio Reta, delegado de la SAGARPA en el Estado, particip\u00f3 en la ceremonia celebrada en las instalaciones de FIRCO en Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv9914733271MsoNormal\">A las 12:00 horas de este martes inici\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n en la cual el Dr. Luis Mendoza Cruz, director Ejecutivo de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas de FIRCO, tom\u00f3 protesta a El\u00edas Juan Marcos Issa como gerente estatal en Nuevo Le\u00f3n, y que sucede en el cargo al Ing. Rafael Cuevas Cancino.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv9914733271MsoNormal\">Como parte de los cambios nombraron al Ing.
